METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards. 

We also accept payment by check and/or money order. Make your selections and add the items you want to your "shopping cart". Select the Mail in Payment method. What this does is assigns you an order number and notifies us that you have placed an order and to wait for payment - it also computes the cost of shipping. Then print out your confirmation page and either fax: 770-207-0126 or mail your payment to us (at the address listed below).

If you want to pay by credit card yet don't want to transmit your number via the internet, follow the same process. On the confirmation page is a section in which you can type in your credit card number and expy date and then just print it out (nothing is transmitted to us at this point, your information is secure). Then either fax: 770-207-0126 or mail us the page as it has printed with your credit card info. Once payment by check is received, we will wait 3 days for the check to clear the bank, and then we will ship your order. If payment is via credit card, we'll ship your order as soon as we verify the card.

ORDER PROCESSING

Order processing is Monday/Wednesday/Friday. We will notify you by email when the order is shipped or in the event your order is declined.

In the unlikely event we are temporarily out of stock, you may expect an extended delivery time. We will notify you if this is the case.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to make a return, you will need to email to acquire a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA).  Merchandise returned without an RMA will be returned to the sender.

We are happy to give a "store" credit or credit the purchaser's credit card for the merchandise returned within 30 days of the customer's receipt of the merchandise.  We are not able to accept return requests after 30 days. 

Should you receive an item from us that is defective, i.e., missing a part, please send an email to detailing the problem (i.e., what you ordered, what is missing, your name/address, etc.) and we will arrange to ship the missing part to you.  Returns based on anything other than defective merchandise will be subject to the original shipping and handling costs plus a 15% re-stocking fee.

SALES TAX

State Sales tax will be charged on all orders delivered within the State of Georgia, USA.  There is no sales tax on orders delivered outside the State of Georgia.
